Big Loser Challenge Participants ! Today is the day when all food preparation should happen. Remember if you want to LOSE you have to walk, swim, bike, train, exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week, reduce sugar & salt , keep around 1200 calories a day of self prepared, natural meals , small portion of healthy snacks, right amount of fruits & unlimited amount of vegetables. Also try not to eat after 7pm depending on the time you go to sleep. Text me if you need me to help you in any way. This picture shows what I have prepared for myself for this week. This is where I get my energy & power from. This is what I eat daily so I never go back to the time I was not happy with myself.
