I began training with Magdalena in May of 2014 and have not left her side ever since. She has made me believe in myself and that I can conquer anything that gets thrown my way. I began attending her Zumba classes at first and automatically fell in love! I was and still am addicted to her class! After a while, Magdalena approached me and told me that she sees that I have the strength to "Be something great" but that there is something else that is holding me back from my goal. She then made it her priority to come to my home, go straight to my fridge and provide me with the help I really needed-what food I should and shouldn't eat. Literally, after rummaging through my fridge, together we went to the grocery store and aisle by aisle she provided me with ideas that I could use to change my lifestyle.

She is the most inspirational and vigorous trainers in the area. I started attending her classes because of the large amount of weight i put on the past year. I gained around 25 pounds within a few months because of lack of exercise and bad eating habits. I was so insecure with my weight and i was even more insecure to join the gym and workout in front of everyone. My doctor was even worried about my future health if I kept this up. My mom heard about Dzika from a friend that is amazingly fit and somehow, after many months of trying, she finally got me to attend a class which also happened to be the most challenging class Dzika offers. There was many different students at the class and Dzika made feel very comfortable. At that point it was my first time exercising in over a year. The class was super easy to follow but also super intense. I loved it and felt great after! I got hooked and attended classes up to 4 times a week. Each time i wash able to push myself until i finally was able to keep up and do every move she so energetically performs.

DZIKA makes sure each and every one of us does exactly what we need to do to make the work out meaningful. It is embarrassing sometimes! Especially when she calls out your name in the middle of the class and points out your mistakes!!! It is really helpful though!! And, I love it. She is full of energy and her demeanor shows true dedication to what she does. What is truly amazing about her is that she is a “break thru instructor”. She was able to bring together participants from the Polish community and transform all of us. It was not an easy task as members of Polish community do not necessary make a work-out a habit. And, she did it.
